Since discovering the complexity and challenges that come with project management, during my years as an electrician, I focused my education and work in the direction of working with project management on complex projects. So far this has led to 7 years working as a project manager, all at steel contractors. This has given me opportunities to work with a long range for difference stakeholders and all the different challenges that come with each. I love when all the planning and preparation comes together on a project but also the unexpected challenges that arise during any project and working together finding a common understand and a way forward.
