In 2023, I was at Brewdog as a junior packaging operator primarly to run the kegging production lines.As part of this position, I was responisble for the set up and excution of beer changes for each kegging production lines along with completing all of the paperwork for each production run - quaility and mechanical start up checks.In addition to the beer set up, I also completed handovers for the other production shifts.
