Current- Director of the Quality Department.- Responsible for the implementation of ISO / TS 16949: 2009 successfully passed during 2016 and in the new version IATF 16949: 2016 the re-certification was overcome during 2018).- Solution for non-conformities and assurance of customer satisfaction. - Responsible for internal and external quality audits (clients, ISO 9001, ISO / TS, IATF).- Direct treatment with TIER I clients for the solution of incidents.- Completion of quality plans. - IMPOSE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM.- MANAGING AND FOLLOWING THE FOLLOW-UP OF CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTIONS.- PROMOTE QUALITY TRAINING IN THE COMPANY (CONTINUOUS TRAINING) - ORGANIZE AND PARTICIPATE IN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS.- FOLLOW-UP OF AUDIT ACTIONS, OBJECTIVES AND QUALITY INDICATORS. - COLLABORATE IN THE EVALUATION OF SUPPLIERS WITH DEP. PURCHASES - PRODUCT VIABILITY. - MANAGEMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF 8D. - FOLLOW-UP CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, IMPLEMENTATION OF ACTIONS AND CHECK EF. - CALIBRATIONS OF EQUIPMENT TO MEASURE AND R & R. - PERFORM SPC IN NEW AND EXISTING PROCESSES. - MANUFACTURE OF TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION FOR THE PRESENTATION OF NEW PRODUCTS. - TOTAL QUALITY ANALYSIS COSTS.
