I have received recognition as a prominent figure in the travel industry, having been acknowledged as a top travel leader by the U.S. Senate. My collaborative efforts, particularly with China, have had significant positive effects on the Massachusetts economy.My success as a leader can be attributed to my strategic implementation of systems-based approaches, such as Traction and StoryBrand. Traction, a foundational business philosophy, revolves around strengthening the six critical components of a business: vision, data, process, traction, issues, and people. I consistently apply this comprehensive framework to achieve operational excellence in all my business endeavors. In contrast, StoryBrand is a well-defined framework that leverages my team's creative strengths by incorporating storytelling principles into marketing strategies in a systematic and repeatable way. I serve as Chief of Staff at Harvard Student Agencies in a remote capacity, where I provide guidance to the future business leaders of the world. I also volunteer with Harvard Admissions and contribute to various boards, including Let's Go, Inc., The Harvard Shop, and MEET Boston.
