Designed the franchisee's inventory controlling tool. Analysed a large set of data and employed logistics concepts such as safety stock , reorder point and lead time. The sales forecasting model consumed by the tool was built using advanced statistcs techniques and programmed in RStudio (several models were tested such as ARIMA, moving averages, classical decomposition, desazonalized average, etc)Conducted a root cause study of sale's impacting factors. The study identified the main factors and projected the ideal sell out of the control group of stores based on them.
