- Help manage the borrowing and lending of library materials from the ULS (University Library System) to other libraries. - Manage the Libraries-2-Go courier service, which delivers library materials Pitt faculty. - In 2016, my role was expanded to include the hiring, training, and supervision of ILL student workers. -Position requires regular hours at the Reference/Circulation desk where I aid and advise patrons on how best to utilize the resources offered by the ULS. - Participated in training related to academic and subscription-based resource databases. I have developed a strong familiarity with government resources and those pertaining to the social sciences. - Provide ad-hoc consults for projects utilizing geospatial software/techniques. - Appointed to a working group that analyzed the prevalence of GIS-related research taking place in the University. Assisted in creating survey questions for a series of roundtable discussions with Pitt affiliates and other stake holders. Authored a section of a proposed action report that synthesized the findings of the qualitative data we gathered. - Regularly use Microsoft Outlook for communicating and collaborating with colleagues via email and calendar scheduling.

- Handled the exchange of library materials from the storage facility to the university's other department libraries or other institutions. - Scanned pdf copies of articles and chapters requested by patrons and sent them to the their email account. - Carried out the processing of new materials into the storage facility. - Ensured quality control and catalog integrity through shelf checks and manipulation of MARC database records.- Assisted in train and overseeing student employees and ensured they complete their tasks correctly and speedily.

- Updated a worldwide chronology of nuclear trafficking incidents for the years of 2004 and 2012. - Gathered qualitative data via open-source media and publications. - Incorporated entries into the chronology by categorizing them according to the project's categorical/ordinal schema.

- Conducted research using Archive's materials- Created PowerPoint presentations that guided "Reminiscence Sessions" with local residents that recorded their experiences during historical events or periods such as the London Blitz.
