Along performing the tier 2 SOC analyst duties, such as analyzing incidents coming from our SIEM and XSOAR in regards to unusual network traffic, maliciously dumped files, phishing, DLP, WAF related flagged requests, XDR leveraging and cross-checking, I am also engaged in development of use cases related to each phase of a complete cyber kill chain lifecycle, mostly focused on Active Directory attacks.Last but not least, since enterprise landscape is emerging towards cloud computing, we, as a team, serve as primary defenders against attacks launched towards the cloud infrastructure.

I used to provide L2 technical support to Keysight’s partners and customers in order to render the solution within their environment to achieve their goals and run smoothly.In terms of products, I was assigned to provide support on IxNetwork and IxVM, a powerful and capable L2-L3 testing tool designed to stress out the physical DUT or either virtual machines across VMware, Hyper-V and KVM solutions.Aside from that, I was in charge of providing support and technical assistance within mostly the same virtual environments as previously mentioned in order to tune/troubleshoot Keysight’s tapping solution meant to capture and mirror not only N-S traffic but also E-W.Last but not least, I took advantage of the opportunity to provide technical support on BreakingPoint System, a solution designed to customize attacks within L4-L7 range, mostly launched against firewalls in order to test policies and evasion techniques.
