Provide Technical assistance and hands on support to in-house design group, vendors and customers on the shredders, scrap shears, bailers, and controls, the company supplies to insure that they are designed, built, tested, commissioned, maintained and repaired in a safe, quality and efficient manner. Primary focus is on controls (including PLC's and HMI's), including remote connect troubleshooting and adjustment. Also support high pressure hydraulics (to 380 bar), Auto greasing systems, Mechanical and electrical/ electro-mechanical equipment.

Provide technical and hands on support to customers to install, start up, troubleshoot, repair and maintain small Induction and Synchronous steam turbine generator packages. As well as optimize steam load dynamics and power output. Perform on-site testing, calibration, repairs and modifications to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, low pressure hydraulic and lubrication, low and medium pressure steam, electro-mechanical, instrumentation and controls (including PLC based) equipment.

Provide technical and hands on support to customers to install, start up, troubleshoot, repair and maintain custom designed small Induction and Synchronous steam turbine generator packages. Perform in house design/drawing checking, In house and in field testing, calibration, repairs and modifications to Mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, low pressure hydraulic and lubrication, low and medium pressure steam, electro-mechanical, instrumentation and controls (including PLC based) equipment.

Provide technical and hands on support to customers to install, start up, adjust, troubleshoot and correct problems with custom designed industrial/municipal water control equipment (Gates and Valves), electro-mechanical actuators, Low and High Pressure Hydraulic Power Units and Controls (including PLC based).

Managed individual projects for specification driven design and manufacturing of custom designed Low and High Pressure Hydraulic Power Units and Controls (including PLC based). Coordinated with Customers, Consulting engineers and in-house personnel. Produced Hydraulic and Controls designs including PLC code and directed other engineering and manufacturing staff. Was responsible for meeting or improving on project sheduling and budget.
