Business Banking Serves the banking needs of business with $5 million to $20 million in revenue. I manage a portfolio of these clients and play a key role in the field organization by building relationships and providing financial advice to business clients with a focus on client experience and risk management. I built collaborative internal and external relationships to provide the best in client advice and service, develop business to ensure a seamless experience for the client who has multiple products and services.I served as a trusted advisor to the client in delivering comprehensive and customized business banking products and solutions tailored to the financial needs and circumstances of business clients.I used knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit and risk management to identify, recommend and promote products and solutions that best serve the client while still working within risk parameters that protect JPMorgan Chase & Co. I identified and pursued new clients leveraging internal and external relationships.

I supported the Business Banking Risk control team to implement an effective control frame work across the Risk organization with the goal of identifying and remediating control issues with a sense of urgency, regardless of the source. I partnered with other risk and control disciplines, adding an additional line of defense supporting Compliance, Risk and Audit, among others. I worked in partnership on the development of new, and oversight of existing control functions and protocols throughout Business Banking Risk Management and provides a centralized view of and from all control functions, assisting in immediate, real time problem detection and escalation. I partnered closely with Senior and Executive leadership, Legal, Compliance and Technology as well as other groups within JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Risk and Control Associate for Global Trade FinanceI performed the role of an Operational Risk/Control Associate. I worked closely with business/operations management, Legal, Compliance, Product, IT and Audit Functions. This Included working with operational areas on the development and maintenance of process and control flows, monitoring metrics for increased risk, participation in Risk and control Self Assessments, control testing and tracking of action plan completion. My key component for this role included development of recommendations to strengthen internal controls and improve operational efficiencies.I also demonstrated abilities in risk and control to make sound decisions by leveraging analytical skills and utilizing data to ensure required actions are consistent with business needs and objectives.
