Senior Customer Engineer
Current- Provide world class solutions expertise regarding HPE enterprise portfolio for all HPE customers and engaged with them as trusted adviser not only from technical perspective but also from business overview
- Deliver a range of support activities including strategic account support, by proactively maintaining high-level technical,operational expertise and understanding of industry trends & requirements.
- Transform customer IT operation to be more proactive by advising on several proactive service engagements that could be provided by HPE to ensure their current infrastructure and systems at its best level.
- Lead & manage deployment team to meet customer timeline/expectations during project deployment or escalation process for any critical support operations.
- Supporting HPE sales, pre-sales & marketing teams in technical discussions, trainings and customer facing sessions.
