Providing assurance to Danone North America Leadership Team on all Sales/Trade and Finance Controls

Finance Lead on Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) project, M&A savings delivery, and Restructuring Performance Management and Reporting.- Over-delivered North America ZBB savings target across Manufacturing, Logistics, Warehousing, and Marketing,- Surpassed delivery of savings targets associated with synergies from the 2016 Danone acquisition of WhiteWave Foods.- Reporting & Analysis of total North America Restructuring Costs (Non-Recurring Costs). Created a performance management dashboard showing monthly actuals vs forecast including detailed commentary to Danone's Paris Headquarters.

● Led the Supply Chain valuation of Unilever’s Tazo Tea acquisition from Starbucks. Partnered with Supply Chain to consolidate existing 3PM & Distribution networks driving cost efficiencies, built Capital business case for insourcing manufacturing & currently working with Ernst & Young to finalize finance execution of transitional service agreement (TSA). ● Championed the North America divestiture of Unilever’s sale of its Baking, Cooking & Spreads business to Private Equity group KKR. Led end to end Supply Chain TSA spanning, Warehouse & Logistics, Manufacturing, and Financial Controls. ● Directed the North America Supply Chain integrations for Unilever’s Sundial Brands acquisition from November of 2017 & Schmidt’s Naturals business acquisition in January of 2018.● Led a restructuring transformation project centralizing fifteen factory finance & accounting responsibilities to a single centralized accounting excellence team.● Led the design, implementation and execution of IFRS16 Lease Accounting for North America Supply Chain

Ownership over Accounting & Controls across Unilever NA’s Supply Chain Network including all FG, Raw, WIP and Pack inventory & 15 Factories (Sourcing Units) ● Led North America Supply Chain Zero Based Budgeting project, including implementation● Implemented new Fx accounting procedures over NA and LA to ensure integrity of financial reporting ● Overhauled Canada Fx processes including the construction of a new cash flow forecasting tool and monthly performance management executive summary; executed significant improvements in Fx accounting integrity recognized by Treasury Team as global best practice for hedge accounting ● Expanded and enhanced business partnerships with North America HQ team in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, our Group Chief Accountants Department in London, our Accounting Operating Center & Control Service Center in Bangalore, and our Supply Chain Financial Services team in Mexico City ● Maintained effective governance and regulatory compliance by partnering with internal and external audit groups regarding global manufacturing and FCA & SOX audits

Ownership of end to end Personal Care supply chain costs for Hammond SU’s Dove and Caress bar soap manufacturing: Production Costs, SC Overheads, Waste, and CapEx performance and business case modelling ● Tightened Zero Based Control accounting of fixed assets, stock accounting, balance sheet and month end close ● Instituted performance management dashboards and scorecards covering all cost and control KPIs; recognized as best practice and expanded to all NA Factories and 3rd Party Manufacturing sites ● Reduced the overall Factory Euro per Ton cost , decreased Raw & Pack Material Waste, minimized days on hand inventory, and reduced working capital ● Partnered with Supply Chain on a project to consolidate the total number of North America 3rd Party Manufacturers; optimizing our manufacturing network through insourcing

Provided independent reassurance to the Unilever board and management teams that controls relating to business risks were in place and operating effectively● Audited 5 Unilever National HQ's (United States, Canada, Mexico & Greater Caribbean, Argentina, Brazil) , 9 Unilever Factories (Sourcing Units) across North America, Latin America and Europe, a newly acquired Unilever acquisition and Unilever’s Americas Supply Chain Company in Switzerland● Owned audit account management responsibilities for Global TIGI operations as well as lead responsibility of audit’s Foodsolutions Knowledge Network

Oversaw North America Trade Marketing Investment budget including Annual planning, Accounting compliance, Monthly/Quarterly/Annual close process as well as controlling provisions & reserves, P&L and Balance Sheet accounts● Owner of Order to Cash process including Policy & Procedure Implementation, Compliance, Deduction Management and Pricing● Winner of 2010 Global Unilever Foodsolutions Innovative Business Partner award for reducing customer deduction balances & revamping Order to Cash Procedures● Winner of 2011 Unilever Global Compass Award for leading a customer Trade Term Structure revamp linking all Trade deals to performance maximizing the ROI of our Trade Marketing Investment.
