• Lead a multidisciplinary team of cybersecurity experts, engineers and developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive innovation and excellence in cybersecurity solutions.• Conduct Product Strategic Direction and Roadmap along with Product Management, actively releasing content to the Product• Manage end-to-end Threat Intelligence campaigns for most known vulnerabilities in the field• Identify emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies through continuous research• Ensure product compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and frameworks, such as GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework• Act as a strong advocate for customers within the organization, facilitating timely resolution of issues, escalations, helping them understand and mitigate security risks

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, including defining project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.• Conduct in-depth analysis of security vulnerabilities, leveraging industry-standard frameworks such as CVE (Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures), to assess potential risks and prioritize remediation efforts• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, serving as the main point of contact for complex inquiries, escalations, and support requests• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on threat intelligence projects, vulnerability assessments and incident response techniques

• Research on security vulnerabilities in ERP systems and business-critical applications (SAP and Oracle E-Business Suite)• Perform in-depth analysis to identify security vulnerabilities, including zero-day vulnerabilities, and develop proof-of-concept exploits for demonstration and mitigation purposes• Conduct security assessments and ethical hacking activities, identifying weaknesses and recommending remediation measures• Author security whitepapers and research publications to disseminate findings, best practices, and mitigation strategies to the cybersecurity community and stakeholders• Translating Python code into Documentation• Helping to resolve customer issues

Technical reference within the Technical Support team:• Triage tickets: understanding the initial problem, requesting more information (if necessary) and helping the Technical Consultant to work on the issue• Setting up calls with "red" customers• Resolving complex issues• Working closely with PS (Professional Services) team to understand priorities and impacts

Providing customer technical support, receiving tickets and helping to resolve problems/issues related to the security product. As part of the several tasks involved:• Understanding, analyzing and troubleshooting issues• Replicating customer's systems environment with complex architectures• Creating documentation for known issues in the internal Knowledge Base (KB) of Tango/04 Computing Group• Working closely with the Engineering team in charge of solving code issues

Initial involvement with the creation of new tickets in Siebel CRM based on emails and/or phone calls. In addition, other tasks involved were:• Trying to resolve tickets, mostly related to product licenses• Connecting with customer using Webex to fully remote control for retrieving necessary information to solve the problem or escalate it to the Engineering team• Reading internal documentation for solving basic problems
