Previous to that, had progressive leadership positions with BioReliance, provider of biopharmaceutical safety testing and toxicology study services. Before BioReliance, served as Director of Functional Excellence for Invitrogen Corporation providing Lean Six Sigma training as a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, developed value-stream maps, and championed continuous improvement initiatives that instilled a quality-always culture.
