Having completed a master’s degree in Big Data Analytics, I am excited to be seeking out an entry-level Data Analyst role or Data Scientist Role. Throughout my time at university, both during my undergraduate and masters courses, I feel I have grown significantly as a person and have been challenged even more than I would have otherwise been due to significant disruption to my studies due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. I undertook my undergraduate degree in Mathematics at the University of Liverpool, where I achieved a 2:1. While this degree has served as a crucial stepping stone within my overall progression, I feel that specialising in a more industry-relevant area for my masters has given me a much clearer idea about my current career aspirations and in particular what would be involved in a data science or analytics career.Throughout my masters, I have significantly enjoyed using key data analytics and visualisation tools such as SAS, Pandas (Python Library) and Tableau to provide insights into real-world problems and help derive solutions. As such, I feel that my skills are best suited to either a data analyst or data scientist role.
Listed skills include Mathematics, Personal Branding, Personal Development, Time Management, and 2 others.
