Since April 2017 I have done volunteer work as a Church Administrative Assistance at Debre Selam Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church at Oakland. My duties are: maintaining the master church calendar, membership and attendance database, assisted in providing regular scheduled staff presence at office facility, meeting, zoom meeting, record and prepared the church minutes, coordinating and file all organizational reports, managing routine office tasks like filing, ordering supplies, maintenance of copiers, sending emails and faxes. Performed other duties as approved by the membership of the Church.
