Responsible for maintaining a multi-million dollar business. Responsible for maintaining inventory throughout the store. Coordinated with various vendors to assure this was accomplished. Supervised a staff of between six and twelve to maintain the store to be clean, stocked and running smoothly at all times. Handled customer complaints and concerns was they arose. Responsible with working with clients both in person and over the phone. Based upon the client’s desires selected appropriate therapist to fit their needs. Also a key holder for the clinic, served in an assistant manager role. Responsible for opening/closing the clinic, making deposit and readying the clinic for the net day. Dealt with client complaints and did what was necessary to solve the problem. Created room schedules for the therapists for the next day to avoid problems and over booking.

Developed specialized drawings from rough sketches and written/oral instructions provided by Senior Personnel and clients. Made field measurements to create as-built drawings when needed. Verified current conditions in regards to prepared drawings to ensure accuracy. Site work also verified to update outdoor conditions. Maintained record tracking receipts of hard and electronic copies of drawings received and sent out, location of files, and information still required to complete drawings. Updated list as necessary to provide status of work in progress and of archived files.

Started in the Data Entry department, keying documents recorded at courthouses in various counties in Florida into the company computer system. This information was then used by agents to write title insurance policies. Then was promoted to the mapping department. Using the same documents located property within the state of Florida by using legal descriptions to enter their location in the system. The Fund created a grid system covering the state that is used to insure status of property.

Responsible for posting charges to guest room bills, balancing income from outlets on property, training Auditors and desk clerks. Oversaw balancing of nightly accounts from all outlets. Supervised staff of four as Lead Night Auditor. As Night Manager was responsible for security of property and handling guest problems when they arose.
