Hr Business Partner
CurrentPartnering with Senior leadership to understand the business needs & goals, developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that support those goals.Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and practices, including employee relations, performance management, and development.Initiate, design & support ongoing HR development programs and processes, including- workforce organizational planning, performance review cycle, employee engagement, merit cycle, learning and development, HR process improvements, etc.Coach managers on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team characteristics.Managing employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.Collaborating and work closely with HR stakeholders mainly talent Acquisition, C&B, Experience and People Analytics to develop and deliver training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and other HR initiatives.
