I was deeply involved in the merger and development of our unified strategy and value proposition. During this period we managed to take our Technical Information business to the next level and go global with a continued double digit annual growth. With sales and production sites in China, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, USA, Singapore and Japan we quickly became an internationally recognized Technical Information Management and software company.

Manager at the Technical Information department in Västerås. Responsible for sales, business development, personnel and profitability.As dynamic information management technology evolved I developed a model and business concept on how to improve the information production process and product usability. This became very successful and the business unit had an annual double digit growth.

Consultant within the area of Technical Information. My speciality was dynamic information solutions for complex products and systems that were to be exported and used by a multi ethical work force. I was an early adopter of XML based Content Management Systems and interactive multi media publications.

Project Manager for e-Learning projects towards customers such as Ericsson AB, Fujifilm AB, Handelsbanken and Hyresgästföreningen. My biggest project were for Ericsson AB were we delivered a global e-Learning plattform for Ericsson AB.

I was the Team Leader for the production team of Interactive Producitons. My role involved doing production plans, task assignment, work estimations and tenders. I reported directly to the Managing director.I was also responsible for the information architecture of the e-Learning platform, design and usability.
