Answering calls, dealing with complaints and dispatching bookings to drivers.

In charge of a small group of chefs and staff. Dealt with orders, paper work, rotas and creating new menus. I was the main chef in charge of the cooking also.

Worked my way up from being a KP to Sous Chef over the years of working here. Learnt new dishes and menus. helped the head chef and dealt with any issues or paper work while the head chef was away. Assisted in preparing and making new dishes for new menus that were changed seasonally.
