Working in healthcare for the past 30 years, I have had the opportunity to serve in leadership roles across a variety of functions including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and General Management in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America for Sanofi, Eisai, and now at Boehringer Ingelheim, where I currently serve as Vice President of the Oncology Franchise.I have led teams across product life cycles ranging from new launches to the turnaround of underperforming brands in numerous specialty areas, including more than fifteen years in Oncology, in addition to CNS, Rheumatology, Orthopedic Surgery, and Internal Medicine. I have managed P&Ls ranging from $10M to $850M in net sales.I joined Boehringer Ingelheim in 2017, excited about the opportunity to work with a privately-held company that has made Oncology a key priority and maintains a robust and diverse Oncology portfolio and pipeline in development. Since then, I have had the opportunity to build a world-class Commercial team that is committed to transforming lives for generations and focused on tackling some of most difficult-to-treat cancers. It has certainly been a highlight of my career. In fact, our Oncology team—and the culture we have been able to create—is powered by our people and known for its frequent and transparent communication, approachability and engagement with leadership, and high levels of engagement. Additionally, as a leader I am committed to helping every team member thrive and advance in their professional career. If you are a healthcare provider or member of the Oncology healthcare community and would like to continue this conversation, feel free to reach out to me here.
