I am an Automation Engineer leading manufacturing automation at Inari Medical in Irvine CA. I specialize in machine design and development, typically standalone systems meant to automate specific tasks in our manufacturing line. These projects range from small Arduino-driven devices, to larger and bigger budget projects such as a molten salt bath part handling system for the heat treatment of nitinol. In my current role I get to work on the full system including mechanical design and assembly, down to the software and wiring of sensors. I specialize in controller programming and HMI (Human Machine Interface) development, mostly with Beckhoff devices and TwinCAT 3 software. Though I most commonly use Beckhoff devices, I have experience with Panasonic, Siemens, Eaton, LabVIEW, and other manufacturers. I also use/have experience with Modbus RTU and TCP/IP, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, BACnet, and RS-232/485.
Listed skills include Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Management, 3D Cad, and 10 others.
