Maintenance and responsive repair of equipment for a major Central London Data Centre - Interxion. Equipment varied from small split system units to under floor CRAC units being fed by 6 chillers and large air-cooled condensers. Duties also included a large amount of work with humidifiers due to the critical control of the humidity within the temperature controlled floors. Monitoring and control by Trend BMS system.

Maintenance and responsive repair of all aspects of refrigeration, air conditioning and other facilities for a multiple building site for the head offices of the Lewisham Council.Worked as a part of a four man crew divided between six buildings. Equipment on site ranged from fan coil units ( approx 400) being fed from AHU's ( 5 units) and Chillers ( 2 x York ) which was controlled by a Trend BMS system. Site also included split systems controlling temperature for the main data rooms, security camera rooms and telecommunication for the entire Borough of Lewisham. The other fields of work, due to the building maintenance part of the contract, included such items as plumbing, metal and wood fabrication and numerous electrical repairs with the electrical engineer onsite.
