I have completed a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management, and am currently undertaking a Master of Human Resource Management part-time, with the ability to work full time. I have worked as a Chef de Partie, a supervisor role with recruitment, training and development and key administrative responsibilities. My success in this role included recruiting and developing employees who became essential to the business. These experiences significantly contributed to my decision to pursue a career in human resources and further my recruitment and people management skills.
