I am a Chartered engineer; I have worked in various minerals processing roles for a major industrials minerals company. I am a chartered engineer and professional member of the IoM3, as well as the minerals engineering society.My main experience is in the mining, processing, process flow design, and application of kaolin and ball clay, followed by tactical marketing and product management in ceramic applications.I excel in optimisation, and existing process improvement.My specialities include dewatering, (flocculation, thickening, filtration), hydrocyclones, dryers, materials handling, control & instrumentation, mixing and blending. I spent three years as an engineering manager in project management, with the aim of bringing CAPEX projects in, on time and on budget.I worked in various product management roles within Sibelco, handling local and group projects, my main emphasis was extracting value from our product portfolio for both Sibelco and our customers.My current position is as the Product Marketing Manager for UK Ball Clay and Kaolin.I thrive in working in an innovative atmosphere.
