Originally focused on providing major clients in the Central London construction sector with strategy development and implementation, restructure and business optimisation t in preparation for sale to private equity. Lead to full overhauls during Covid of two companies whereby myself and other team members assumed interim MD and Senior positions, restructured businesses and teams, refinanced debt, secured investment and implemented growth strategies based on lean operations internally and market leadership externally via leveraging technical/compliance expertise.I have lead the due diligence, company preparation and negotiation process for private equity sale on two occasions. I have also provided advisory services in FMCGs, hospitality, healthcare, property development and organisational software.

Own and developed a portfolio of rental properties in North West of England focused on typical yields of 7%.

Prior to setting up formally as a consultant, I was engaged as a freelance contractor in the Middle East and West Africa with 2 SME’s in mining, oil and gas and energy providing a full suite of commercial procedures, contract templates, term drafting/negotiation, work-winning strategies, KPI implementation/measurement and expansion routes.

Commercial Leader, EMEA. Lead the development, negotiation and sale of complex LTSA bids for new EPC and existing power stations valued between £25m - £100m. Later developed business processes and mapping for new HQ plus identified new business improvement initiatives under the guidance of the Commercial Director. Acted as commercial lead during contract negotiation as part of a cross-global team alongside General Counsel. Multiple secondments to Japan on the project side for technical, commercial and contract work and on the business side to harmonise practises between EMEA and Japan. Working between London, EU various, Turkey and Japan.

Career break to pursue full time training and competing professionally in Muay Thai in Bangkok and the South of Thailand.I have trained and competed in Muay Thai alongside my career between 2006 - 2020.

Fast-track management training programme developed by Costain UK and locally in Abu Dhabi followed by setting up/overseeing contractual claims department for offshore oilfield projects. Moved to oversee preparation of high value tenders for EPC projects on Das Island within the Zakum oilfield. Implemented and oversaw a new strategic growth function involving business optimisation, process improvement and implementing expansion plans for Abu Dhabi HQ, Das Island operations and 2 regional SBUs plus created a new department to implement strategy and sales for regional expansion.
