I am a Social Finance and development professional who is currently serving as Regional Business Development Manager for Canadian Emirates Western Engineering Company( Oil and Gas services company); I’ve also served as a policy consultant at the South Sudan Ministry of Labour, where I conducted desk and primary market survey for employment, undertaking a program with activities related to national employment status and mapping out requisite skills set identified to inform employment policy, drafted TOR on a policy review of the employment regulation and South Sudan vocational training, prepared a document on the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on Labour workers and possible government interventions for the minister, Ministry of Labour and Vice President for services cluster. I also analysed the higher education financing landscape in Uganda lending for education in Africa partnership (LEAP-Volta Capital), a London-based educational investment company with operations offices in Nairobi.I worked for Royal Express Bank PLC as Business Development & Operation Manager; Dar Petroleum Operating Company (DPOC) as Associate finance; Christian Mission for Development as a consultant in South Sudan; Anob Finance & Management Consultancy in Kampala-Uganda as Associate Finance Officer.I hold an MSc in Development Finance from Strathmore University, Kenya; an MSc in Accounting & Finance from Kocaeli University, Turkey; BSc in Business Administration (Accounting) with honours from St. Lawrence University, Uganda. I’m a Certified Development Finance Analyst (CDFA), a Certified Expert in Microfinance (CEM), A member of the World Bank Youth Transforming Africa(W-YTA) and a current Chartered Institute of Development Finance (CIDEF) council member. I’ve won several prestigious scholarships and awards, for instance, Mandela Institute for Development Studies (MINDS Africa) scholarship for MSc in Development Finance at Strathmore University-Kenya, Turkey Government Scholarship for MSc in Accounting and Finance at Kocaeli University-Turkey and emerged as the first World Bank Blog4Dev2019 Winner for South Sudan. My primary research includes Development finance policy, Social investment, Public policy, Economic development and business development.
