Along with my team, I am responsible for leading all of the On Programme Support for International Students - Advising in areas such as Academic Study, Visa Compliance, Pastoral and Emotional Support and Wellbeing, Employability, Accommodation ad Integration.

I support young cricketers, primarily whilst they are in the academy - advising and supporting with their education choices.

Leadership of the BTEC Cricket Studies Course, based at Lancashire County Cricket Club, including supervision of a multi-disciplinary team of staff and volunteers.• Delivery of high quality teaching of modules and leading on pastoral care of the students.• Securing commercial sponsorship and other support for the programme as well as building and maintaining relationships with sponsors and other key stakeholders.• Devise and deliver a complete social media and marketing strategy for the programme.• Planning, writing and delivery of a twelve-month holistic strategy for the course. ​Key achievements• Increased student numbers five-fold during my employment.• Secured ranking in Wisden’s Best 100 Cricket Schools in the UK for the first time ever, and in consecutive years.

Women's 1st XI Head Coach - Won Senior Women’s Division 2 (One Day and T20) titles Won Senior Women’s Division 1 (One Day and T20) titles in the same year. Lancashire Thunder Assistant Coach (2018) - recorded most successful season ever.Previously U15's and U17's Head Coach - National Champions at both Age Groups.
