As the leader of the Sportsbook product management team at Kindred, I play a key role in the sportsbook management and various governance groups. My responsibilities include setting the product strategy for Unibet (Kambi) and ensuring the successful development and launch of KSP. A major focus is to develop user-friendly personalised native apps that also improve cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. I lead my team to promote cross-functional collaboration, swiftly address customer pain points, and ensure our business goals are in line with customer needs. For our Kambi sportsbook, we successfully introduced Betbuilder widgets in a record timeframe, achieving Kindred's fastest delivery and enhancing our margins. Additionally, we've enhanced the visibility and profitability of streaming, significantly boosted Casino cross-selling in the Sportsbook app, and introduced a new landing page before the World Cup, which increased our overall turnover. All the while, we've been building KSP from the ground up, prioritizing effectively and focusing on our vision to create the world's best sportsbook.
