I have a vast experience in the electrical discipline in mining, commercial and industrial with regards to maintenance, construction and fault finding. With 38 years in the supervisory and management roles. My duties has been and continues to be managing and supervising construction, maintenance and installation works, ensuring works complies with clients and statutory requirements, along ensuring safety is maintained and monitored at all time, further duties are as follows;>Managing branch operation, responsible for estimating/quoting, billing/invoicing, procurements, cost control, maintaining QA and safety management systems and liaising/maintaining the client’s contractual requirements>Budgets and fix lump sums>Audits and recommendation>Weekly/monthly reports on progressive work to clients and management>Responsible for implementing JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for each work/project and monitoring procedures>Responsible for conducting safety ToolBox meeting and safety talks as required>Ensure equipment availability meets with production needs>Answers queries and handles requests which includes problem solving>Address queries and resolves issues for internal contractors while ensuring service standards are met >Ensures internal contractors comply with company policy and procedures and regulations>High voltage switching procedures under maintenance and fault finding conditions.>Sets priorities and allocates resources; analyzes maintenance functions and makes adjustments to crew size as demands change>Industrial Relation and people management>Mentor / train less experienced artisans on operating standards, procedures and methods>Prepare communication materials, manuals and other communication aids >Contribute to the development and revision of policies and procedures
