• Responsible for leading, forming, mentoring, developing, and coaching an engineering team on meeting/exceeding performance expectations.• Schedule and coordinate multiple projects to drive the resolution of critical situations.• In charge of establishing project objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, document control, and reporting requirements.• Lead and participate in appropriating project funds by preparing and approving capital expenditure requests.• Communicate and lead meetings with internal/external suppliers and internal cross-functional stakeholders.• Interface with and present to senior leadership to communicate/report progress and receive strategic updates impacting projects.• Plans, directs, and implements creative solutions to business-impacting situations utilizing critical experience and knowledge.• Oversees the investigation and evaluation of existing processes and technologies to find opportunities for improvement and develop action plans for execution.

• Oversee engineering team and production builds to meet design specifications, quality expectations, performance criteria, testing requirements, and delivery expectations.• Communicate project status and conduct project reviews with management or appropriate personnel as necessary.• Monitor project costs to drive alignment with the project budget and communicate misalignment to management or appropriate personnel.• Drive technology development initiatives for quality improvement, cost reduction, and/or manufacturing efficiency gains.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for reliability, issue resolution timing, nonconformance reduction, and lead time reduction.

• Ensuring compliance with codes, practices, and specifications.• Delegating tasks to team members.• Managing budgets and tracking performance.• Supporting the industrialization of the products based on the customer product manufacturing specification, • Creating and approving product/process transfer documentation.• Develop and execute validation documentation and protocols, including (Generating, Executing, and Completing: Master Validation Plan/Report (MVP/R), Installation Qualification (IQ), Test Method Validation (TMV) Operational Qualification (OQ) Performance Qualification (PQ), Gage R&R among other process validation documentation).• Experience with Equipment/Process troubleshooting.• Experience with Root Cause Analysis.• Using the Minitab statistical software.• Managing the bill of materials and all elements of the product manufacturing lifecycle.• Providing engineering support for all activities in the product development process.• Prepare project timelines and identify resource requirements.• Monitoring the status of new products and ensuring effective execution of projects.• Supporting the design, development, and testing of new products.

• Provide detailed engineering analysis and documentation in product disposition, process changes, and CAPA.• Generate actionable ideas to reduce cost, cycle time, and increase yield.• Partner with manufacturing to develop lean principles to implement solutions for product assembly. • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide technical solutions via analysis and hands-on interaction with designated processes.• Used technical skills and tools, such as DOE, SPC, hypothesis testing, capability studies, Gemba walks, and “hands-on” analysis, to perform in-depth analysis, determine root causes, and identify corrective actions.• Create written documents, test plans, and reports that demonstrate the technical rationale for associated decisions (qualifications, risk assessments, and work instructions).• Develops manufacturing processes that apply to statistical process control and may develop those techniques.• Guides engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.• Ensures processes and procedures comply with regulations.• Perform process development/process validation in support of the PMO road map.
