Construction projects typically include bridge and culvert rehablitation or replacement, or emergency highway repairs and/or reconstruction for NYSDOT/NYSTA/NYSOGS. My responsibilites include all facets of a project from start to finish. This requires execution and implementation of contract documents, scheduling, sub-contracting, purchasing, daily management of labor, equipment and materials. Daily reviews of production rates, costs, mean and methods, small tools and all building materials. Interactions with the owner, design and implementation of safety measures, EEO, billing and project closeout. Our system at C.P.
