I’m passionate about maternal and newborn health research and the epidemiology, drivers and burden of non-communicable diseases (NCD) in Ghana. I also have interest in the application of Geographical Information System for infectious diseases (malaria and schistosomiasis) control. I have expertise in the design and implementation of longitudinal population-based research (Health and Demographic Surveillance systems in low resource settings) and the design, implementation and evaluation of large scale research projects. My research is based in Ghana, sub-Saharan Africa.
