I am currently leading the Inside Sales team at ITS technology group working closely with circa 500 partners. As a wholesale operator, ITS Technology Group is on a mission to build a Faster Britain through the rollout of our XGS PON-enabled full fibre networks across the UK. Known as Faster Britain in the marketplace, this footprint combined with the off-net coverage available through our trusted operator relationships means that we can connect any business in the country. We aim to help our Faster Britain partners every step of the way; from dedicated account management, data, and market insights, to co-branded marketing materials and easy access to our services through an automated search, quote, order self-service portal. We are a one-stop shop for business connectivity.I am an energetic and passionate leader with an abundance of experience working in a variety of different sales channels. I have regularly played a key role in driving change and performance within sales teams, departments and organisations. In addition, to my proven track record of over achieving in sales, I am multi-award winner, which includes accolades such as the Inspiration Leader Award and Virgin Media Manager of the Year.
