Having taken the lead in Capital One’s Section 75 claims department, I expanded the scope of my role to encompass all chargebacks and schemes subscribed to by the company, in addition to taking on the Application and early life journeys, delivering highly efficient processes to the frontline teams.In 2020 I moved into law enforcement and completed 18 months working as a civilian Investigator within a Domestic Violence team in at Nottinghamshire Police. In 2022 I joined as an Officer and now im a fully qualified Detective Constable. I currently work in the Rape and Serious Sexual Offences team.
