Daniel, the visionary behind Beralin, has renovations in his DNA. With a lifelong immersion in the industry, he started from scratch coming from a small family that climbed their property ladder through hands-on renovations, living in while renovating properties before selling them for profit. Daniel is no stranger to the processes involved in all aspects of construction, in fact, he loves the process.Having studied Architectural Technology upon finishing high school, he soon found himself working for architects, drafting and producing 3D visuals as far back as 2009. All while working hands on with residential builders, constantly improving his skillset. Upon becoming well accustomed to designing and building homes, Daniel further studied and obtained certificates in residential real estate to work along side one of Sydney’s most trusted real estate agents.
