Since working as a personal trainer I have been able to not only share my own fitness story, but also help others on their fitness journey. Clients that I have coached ranged from sports specifics such as soccer, rugby union, tennis and football (afl) players. Along with fat loss clients, and muscle building or body sculpting clients, who have competed in INBA. I have continued my own education in the fitness industry by either seminars with leading coach from Australia, and overseas. Completing Poliquin group level 1 biosignature and Clean Health Inutrition pro. My training now involves around powerlifting and looking to compete in the future.

I make sure that dbfitness stands to help people get fitter, stronger and healthier, while going about their every day lives. I have had my own personal battles with non hodgkin's lymphoma twice as a child, falling into bad eating habits and depression as a teen. I one day got up and started to change myself. Through dbfitness I want to do the same for others.
