I combine strategy, tech and workflows to build value, mitigate risk and counter fraud in Financial Services and Healthcare.On IBM’s SVP’s all Industry Platform, Strategy & Market Development Unit (deals >$100M), I introduced the transformational IP that now drives billions of investment and revenue, making IBM the “iOS” of the Financial Services OSI Stack, as actualized by the $34B RedHat M&A and other key plays.CRMs, CX, fraud analytics and platforms are more effective with "ground truth" ID Verification. At IBM’s Counter Fraud Center of Competency I created a multi-award winning IDV AI blockchain process that disintermediates market leaders w/ 3X the accuracy (99.9%), in ~2 min., via smart devices for >100 Use Cases. (It won competitions w/ >700 entrants, i.e., the 2019 Mitre & ACT- IAC Igniting Innovation Challenge and was sought by 20 US agencies.) I also invented an entity segmentation strategy (Exhaust Data), AML/KYC POC (validated by three Tier 1 US banks) and patented IDV work.As National Director, Fraud Investigations, Verisk Health, I supported our client HC SIUs, counter fraud condition development and an industry-first “pooled-data” play. I also was a Solution Manager in the ClaimSearch ecosystem that serves all US P&C insurance companies.Being an SME matters when building & leveraging platforms to counter risks in digital spaces. An FBI Agent for 22 yrs, I combatted Terrorism, Organized Crime, Corruption & White Collar Crime (i.e., healthcare, bank, securities fraud, etc.). I initiated Intel teams, Undercover Ops, Major Cases & TFs. One of my cases won, and another was runner-up to, the DOJ "Criminal Case of the Year". Joined by the US Senate Intelligence Committee Chair, the US Attorney General wrote that a third operation was “the most significant Eurasian money laundering case in the history of the FBI". I served as the FBIHQ, PM, Int’l Ops for all Western Hemisphere Embassy FBI Offices (and post-9/11 Pakistan) as well as a Field SSRA, SWAT Operator, FA Instructor and an OIG certified Inspector.As a US Dept. of State INL Advisor abroad I led a “Presidential National Police Reform Initiative” (24,000 FTE agency), Border / Port Security, a multi-country LEO Academy and armed Air Ops.
