The role of a Financial Professional working in AXA Advisors' specialized Retirement Benefits Group (RBG) has a focus of employer sponsored markets such as 401(k), 403(b), SEP IRA, etc. RBG team members build relationships with employers and ensure they highest level of professionalism and service is being provided to them as a client. It is also required to pursue new business relationships to grow marketshare and attract new clients.

As a research intern I prepared weekly fundamental analysis reports on assigned companies including internal and external strengths and weaknesses.Current 10-k and 10-q reports were researched along with all current and historical financial data to produce key findings. Alalysis of the prepared data would show significant positive and/or negitive trends of the company. Company specific data was compared to data available in the overall industry and that of key competitors, creating a benchmarking system to measure the company in realative terms.

As a F/C I managed the operation of the gym in absence of General Manager. This included starting new memberships, addressing member or staff issues, ensuring all members followed gym rules and assiting members needing advise with their work out.In a sales capacity, I was required to reach a sales quota each month and help the entire gym make its overall sales goal.
