CurrentAbility to translate knowledge of our products, categories, customer, and market data into new business opportunities (within the market and underdeveloped clinics).Knows how to prioritize time based on opportunity and level of clinic influence in marketA self-starter who can translate customer pain points into experimenting with creative, new ideas to bring value to the clinicsUnderstands clinic operational needs to provide strategic advice and help clinics build their online presence by working closely with them in a consultative role.Develop and maintain a high technical competency for eCommerce-related tools and various platforms that generate diverse revenue for clinics.Establish and grow relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within urban centersDevelop and deliver compelling, data-driven presentations to address the unique needs of the Veterinary staff.Develops strong working relationship with key stakeholder groups across the BU & organization. Balances the needs and interests of multiple internal and external stakeholders (market influencers, transversal, Account teams, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts and Scientific Affairs). Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Effectively execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy within urban center.Ability to work in a cross-functional team-based environment. Adapt at working in highly fluid, complex, and ever-changing environmentsConduct quarterly business reviews with Line Manager and routinely adjust the strategies, tactics, and investments based on changing needs to maximize territory performance.Budget and reporting: Manage an expense and sales budget. Complete CRM call reports, expense reports and presentations in a timely and accurate manner.
