• I currently manage health interventions across the City of Westminster, as well as further programmes within the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham.• I have developed many activity, nutrition and lifestyle pathways in partnership with local and national organisations, including the tri-borough councils, NHS, CLCH, Thrive Tribe, Health Trainers, Open Age, Mind, Alzheimers Society and much more.

• In my role as Project Coordinator for the City of Westminster with BETTER (GLL), in 2012, I initiated negotiations for BETTER memberships to the 600,000 NHS staff in London, which has now expanded nationally (Fitness First also benefited). I also designed a health and fitness application for the NHS intranet.• My other responsibilities include managing exercise referral and some community fitness provision through 8 health clubs, coordinating strategy, liaising with partners, developing and recruiting staff, marketing, strengthening customer and community engagement.• I achieved successes at the Active Westminster Awards and nominations for BETTER employee of the year in 2012. In addition, I have led Team Westminster and Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea in BETTER’s most prestigious customer event from 2011-2014.• My role has also included regular meetings, courses and events in Westminster, Camden, Greenwich, Hackney, Lambeth and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. In 2013, I led a health & fitness discussion and demonstration to VIP's in the executive suite of London City Hall.• In 2014, I organised the team building day for all departmental staff in London and in 2015 created literature for company noticeboards and a home workout application. In 2015, I will also be coordinating the annual conference for all departmental staff in England.• In 2015, I was promoted to lead tri-borough health, physical activity and sports initiatives across CoW, RBKC and Hammersmith & Fulham.
