Lamplight is an owner, operator, and manager of Single Family Residential projects located in 11 States across the U.S. Lamplight’s investment emphasis includes acquisition, management, servicing, and the sale of residential properties to Builders and Developers. In addition to purchasing and managing its own portfolio, Lamplight provides professional Asset Management Servicing for Financial Institutions and provides advisory services for maximum realization of value of properties.

o Led a team of five Asset Resolution Officers with single-family real estate portfolios of $100MM+ each. These individuals recovered in excess of $100MM of the bank’s capital, combined.o Managed $200MM+ in single-family assets in an off balance sheet entity owned by the Royal Bank of Canada. Assets were located in 40 different markets nationwide (both inside and outside RBC’s Southeastern footprint).o Responsible for the work-out, restructure, and/or disposition of a portfolio of non-performing commercial and institutional level residential real estate loans—as well as a portfolio of commercial real estate and C&I loans.o Responsible for developing and implementing an approved asset management strategy for an assigned portfolio, including business plans and case preparation within assigned timeframes. Responsibilities included, negotiating with borrowers, guarantors, other strategic sponsors, and partnership representatives.o Managed and directed all collection activities including cash flow modeling, legal strategy, and discounted payoff analysis.o Recovered in excess of $125MM+ of the bank’s capital.

o Managed a portfolio of $250MM+ in outstanding balances. o Originated in excess of $100MM+ in new commitments for each fiscal year-end 2005, 2006, 2007.o RBC Builder Finance Top 10 Producer Nationwide (2006 & 2007).o Managed a team of loan officers and analysts / underwriters.o Prepared and presented new loan considerations, renewals, extensions, modifications, and other memos for new business and portfolio management.o Managed the merger and integration of three Atlanta banks purchased by RBC. Worked closely with bank management, as well as loan operations management, to transfer more than $1B in residential real estate loans onto RBC’s loan platform.

o Managed a loan portfolio of approx. $50,000,000 in commitments.o Responsible for growing the existing portfolio with new clients to achieve annual production goals.o Prepared and presented new loan considerations, renewals, extensions, modifications, and other memos for new business and portfolio management.
