During my career, first as a software developer and then as an ICT manager, I developed and refined my ability to solve problems of any nature related to the ICT world, based on the time and budget available, to always get the best result possible with the least impact on business operations. I was responsible, personally and coordinating various suppliers, of the maintenance of the corporate IT infrastructure and of the ERP as well. I was in charge of the planning of their development too, to follow the continuous changes in business needs. I have intuition and problem solving skills that allow me to deal with problems even in areas new to me.
