Current• Resource Allocation: Ensure projects are staffed with the right resources to meet customer requirements.• Project Organization: Oversee the organization and execution of projects.• Customer Relations: Expand service offerings and act as the primary contact for customers.• Personnel Development: Propose and implement measures for personal change, development, and training.• Team Engagement: Inform and engage project teams about business unit activities.• Technical Decisions: Responsible for technical quotations and decisions in line with customer requirements.• Innovation: Actively seek and propose new technical solutions to customers.• Financial Management: Handle invoicing, payment monitoring, and cost management, ensuring compliance with budget.• Profitability: Ensure project profitability and prepare periodic forecasts according to VINCI- QUARTZ philosophy.• Budget Participation: Contribute to the business unit’s budget planning.• Quality Assurance: Complete all quality documents for each project in accordance with quality systems and customer requirements.• Customer Complaints: Manage registration and processing of customer complaints and warranty obligations.
