Current1. Direct the ISO 9001:2015 QMS and ensure compliance with governmental regulations.2. Manage the external IATF 16949:2016 QMS and ensure compliance with governmental regulations and customer-specific audits.3. Lead the Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP) programs.4. Manage and submit Product Part Approval Process and submit CpK Dimensional Analysis per annual re-qualification activities.5. Ensure fixtures (Die Boards) are designed to meet part & assembly requirements, as well as manufacturing constraints.6. Charged with collaborating domestically and internationally in new product development trials at the customer’s facilities and jointly working with their engineering teams in tool and product qualifications.7. Solve internal process issues through Lean Six Sigma data analysis, cross-department collaboration, and contribution.8. Accountable and contributor to the weekly Fast Track and Safe Launch Processes.9. Responsible in maintaining the Operational Excellence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) metrics and monthly departmental Quality Control Reports.10. Responsible for the 8D Corrective Actions and Return Material Authorization activities.11. Manage the IMDS database system per Automotive requirements.12. Responsible for the ISO 9001 / external IATF internal audit activities.13. Conduct Management Review of the quality system.14. Directly supervise 3 Quality Laboratory Technicians and responsible in coordinating the day-to-day testing requirements as per Customer-Specific requirements and Test Methods.15. Technical writing of company procedures. work instructions, matrices, forms and records.16. Ensure policies, OSHA Safety programs, plans, procedures and practices are carried out consistently and accurately.17. Support the activities of the Corporate Quality Systems Manager in the preservation, maintenance, and future development of the IATF-16949 Quality Standard.18. Direct the EHS activities for AIT USA.
