Semester long internship in investment real estate. Worked directly under Steve Lipkin, Licensed Broker and Realtor. Assisted with property valuations, client and tenant relations, showing properties, marketing listed properties, and general administrative tasks.

Selected for an eight-week audit internship. Served on the audit of The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. Completed many tasks including tie-outs, research gathering, and participated in several intern competitions, including a Case Study Competition in which my team won for the Stamford Office.

Completed a research project outlining the impact the subprime credit crisis was having on the Consumer Market. Gathered data via internet searches, produced Garnet “RedBook,” and developed internal spreadsheets for management review.
