I build sustainable results in organizations through people and for people.In my 10-year journey as a manager in Sales and HR, I’ve been bringing exceptional people around big dreams, dreamed along with positive impact on individuals and society.I’ve learned from my teams the importance of taking care of people, creating individual connections and offering development opportunities. By doing so I was able to contribute to their technical and behavioral growth, presenting only my personal example as a guidance.As Business Partner I learned to coach Directors and Senior Managers from areas such as Marketing, Finance and Logistics, influencing important decisions and impressing the appreciation of the human being, encouraging autonomy and individual protagonism.In addition to the human focus, I had the opportunity to apply my cognitive skills in challenges that required great analytical capacity and the use of tools such as PDCA and 6Sigma, but also emotional intelligence for effective communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.I defined guidelines, developed systems, managed critical projects and as a Specialist I learned the importance of always putting the end user in the center of decision making. I’ve recruited Interns, interviewed Supervisors, trained Managers, evaluated peers and superiors and as a Leader I learned the power of clear and immediate feedback.All this experience brought me to act as a Consultant on human and organizational development. Using design tools to promote innovation and creativity in contexts that favor individual and organizational learning. A new talent that has been cultivated for the last 3 years.Today I seek to work in digital organizations, assisting on the construction of teams and exceptional results, with agile mindset and topping with the challenges of society. While I continue learning to work with self-management, completeness and with a purpose that is always evolving.
