Trainee Maintenance Technician
Current• Demonstrate capabilities as a facility maintenance technician, responding on an on-call basis to promptly evaluate, assess, and restore breakdowns, including electrical and software breakdowns, robotics, hydraulics and pneumatics.• Active role in planning and installing of safety projects including safety scanner set ups and after install monitoring.• Attend promptly to complex on-the-spot issues, ensuring quick, efficient, and appropriate solutions to diverse problems within strict parameters.• Devise and deliver superior solutions while investigating and analysis risks and suitability throughout the process.• Study, assess, and repair existing pieces of equipment as well as spare parts for future use; equipment includes cylinders, valves, pumps, bearings and shafts to name a few.• Record a variety of information regarding repairs on a daily basis through an electronic job management system.• Perform routine maintenance across the complete department, covering multiple jobs which require adaptation to new situations and utilize a wide array of skills.• Acquire robust experience in numerous valuable skillsets as well as heightened the drive to progress and further my knowledge of maintenance and engineering, regardless of difficultly, empowering confidence and determination.
