~Maintain staffing.~Develop efficiencies, either system driven or personnel related to help streamline our process.~Work for continuous process improvement.~Develop and perform annual performance reviews of my subordinates.~Maintain that our customers, internal and external, are being communicated with and needs are taken care of in a timely and professional manner.~Work with my staff to improve training and system proficiency.~Determine the strength of staff, needs, and recommend continuous improvement plans.~Streamline shift change communication to ensure that our customers are handled timely. The handoff from 1st to 2nd needs critiqued to limit failure risk as does the critique of 2nd to 3rd shift.~Make sure staff is improving in communication and ultimately making our process seamless.~Must have the ability to handle high pressure and stressful situations with professionalism.~Must have excellent problem solving skills.~Must have excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
