I am a highly organized and motivated professional with 10 years of project management and plumbing experience. My background has given me the hands-on experience in all facets of residential and commercial property management that would contribute to your organization’s goals and objectives. In my present role, my duties include writing estimates for large projects, efficient management of cross functional teams ranging from 3 to 10 members, managing complex workflow on multiple objectives, and a team coordinator. In 2012, I was responsible for changing all the BackFlow preventers at The Port Authority of NY/NJ in Newark which was completely flooded after hurricane Sandy. My responsibilities were to estimate removal cost of each valve, installation cost, organize rental equipment, and test every BackFlow Preventer with inspector on site. These valves ranged from 2 inch to 8 inch weighing 1500 pounds. Both this role and my former role as a plumbing technician has given me very strong communication and customer service skills. I have a professional demeanor, strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and am a fast learner when it comes to learning new software and systems.
