Job description - work with SAP, Outlook and MS Office. Processing of incoming orders from the customers, handling the changes of the orders - cooperation with technical departments. Cooperation with production planners in planning the upcoming production schedule. Coordinating the new customer projects - managing time schedule, cooperation with involved departments - purchasing, engineering and production departments. Reporting to superiors about the structure of received orders and team goals on regular basis. Ordering transportation of the final products to the customers. Communication with hauliers and shipping department. Issue of delivery notes and freights.
